Everything you could wish for with excellent atention to detail and all needs catered for. The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was comfortable and spacious with all the facilities you need. Highly recommended.

The only thing good was its location near to Alhamra and city centre.

One room wasnt the same as described at the booking time and the second room was given in attic with lift going there and even younger children couldnt stand up in the living room. Never like to be in that room even for free. Their card machine wasnt working and I have to pay euro in cash which cost me a lot more than paying by credit card.

Excellent location and very friendly staff - made us feel welcome and were happy to answer any questions. Also very good value! We will definitely stay there again if we return to Granada. Easy walking distance to all the major sites and there is a good supermarket nearby if you want to self cater - but there are also numerous excellent restaurants!

Friday nights were a bit noisy but this applies to all of Spain!

A lot of space in the flat which is always a plus with young children.

The sofa bed was not really comfortable (slept on it 5 nights!). But above all : The people staying in the apartment above us were incredibly rude and noisy! Their kids played in the corridor near our door, yelling and running around until 10.30pm while adults had a little party in their apartment. Then they all went out for dinner and the same happened again from 1.30am until very early in the morning!!!! What an experience 3 nights in a row!!!!!!

Great location; Nicely set up apartments; Descent size (not very large, but certainly enough to live in with a small child for a few days); Modern; Tastefully decorated; Extremely friendly staff in the lobby daily; Well equipped, including nice dishes, pots, pans, moka pot/macchinetta, paper towel, toiletries, etc etc; Cleaned and serviced daily. This great apartment hotel has the space and kitchen of a rental apartment with much of the convenience of a traditional hotel: the loby is staffed during the day, sheets and other amenities are provided and refreshed daily and the apartment is cleaned daily.

Flaky wireless connection (its better in the lobby); Sofa-bed not extremely comfortable (I'd still rate it as "ok", and the beds in the bedroom were great).
